Botulcare PrimeTox Ampoule 28ml

I got this AROCELL ampoule for my wife, who has become more interested in taking care of her skin as she gets older. She especially pays attention to changes in skin firmness and the appearance of fine lines, so the anti-aging focus of this product caught my attention.
The combination of TailTox botulinum peptide technology and nano lifting thread ingredients sounds interesting and is quite different from the basic moisturizing serums she normally uses. Of course, we don't expect a topical skincare product to provide results comparable to an actual cosmetic procedure, but we were interested in trying the formula as part of her regular skincare routine.
The ampoule has a lightweight texture and spreads easily across the skin. My wife likes that it absorbs well and doesn't leave her face feeling overly heavy or sticky, which makes it easy to layer with her other skincare products.
She has been paying particular attention to areas where expression lines and changes in firmness become more noticeable with age. Rather than expecting those lines to suddenly disappear, she is looking for something she can use consistently to keep her skin looking smooth, hydrated, and well cared for.
The 28ml bottle isn't especially large, so she doesn't use an excessive amount at once. A small amount spreads well, and she can concentrate a little more on the areas where she wants additional care.
My wife has been happy with how this ampoule feels on her skin and enjoys having it as part of her anti-aging routine. At this stage, we are more interested in consistent skincare and maintaining a healthy-looking appearance than expecting dramatic overnight changes, and this product fits that approach very well.

It was hard to rate this at the price, but it genuinely holds up to the price tag! This serum ?unlike cheap serums that use 90% water and 2?3 active ingredients, the formula contains over 10 specialized peptides, 8 forms of Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, Bakuchiol, Beta-Glucan, and Ceramides. It is essentially 4 or 5 standalone serums packed into one bottle. It's truly not hype and it has the ingredients to improve skin appearance over time. The syringes are a bit just for show, but honestly the delivery system does keep those precious (and expensive) ingredients from oxidizing. Spendy, yes! Effective, also yes.

The serum itself is quite light and spreads easily. It has a little tackiness at first, but that settles down once it has a few minutes to absorb, and I’ve been able to layer other skincare over it without much trouble. I also appreciate that there isn’t a strong fragrance.

The packaging is the unusual part. It comes with syringe-style applicators, and the first time around it wasn’t immediately obvious how everything was supposed to work. Once I figured it out, though, it actually makes it easy to dispense a controlled amount without wasting product.

I’m not expecting dramatic wrinkle changes overnight, but as a serum it feels pleasant on the skin and fits nicely into my evening routine.

I was actually pretty excited to try this because, at 54, I have both expression lines and deeper wrinkles that aren’t going anywhere without a fight. The TailTox technology and “nano lifting threads” sounded intriguing, although admittedly a little ambitious for something that comes in a bottle and is rubbed in.

I use approximately 1 ml after cleansing and toning, before my moisturizer. That really is enough to cover my entire face. The ampoule has a lightweight, silky consistency that spreads easily and absorbs quickly without leaving my skin sticky or interfering with makeup.

My skin feels smoother, more hydrated, and a little firmer immediately after applying it. However, I’m realistic about the needle-free botulinum language. This is a topical peptide product, not injectable Botox, and I don’t expect it to freeze facial movement or eliminate established wrinkles. Any lasting improvement in deeper lines will take consistent use and more time to evaluate.

Overall, this is an interesting and nicely formulated anti-aging ampoule for mature skin. I especially appreciate that it feels light while still leaving my skin moisturized and temporarily more refined. I’ll continue using it to see whether the longer-term firming and wrinkle benefits live up to the rather impressive claims.

You receive one 28 ml bottle of product and 4 syringes. You apply 1 ml of product per day, reusing each syringe for 7 days and then tossing. I have been using for a few weeks and I think I notice a small improvement in deep wrinkles. I think they are a little less deep. I apply this to my skin at night after cleansing. I do find my skin feels a little tacky afterwards but not greasy. It does feel like it absorbs well into my skin. My skin does feel smoother and a little tighter after each application. The price is a little high but for a month supply of daily use Korean skincare, I feel like it is comparable to similar items and this brand has become one that I do trust to use quality ingredients. So far I am happy with the results and the effectiveness of this product as I have tried to keep my expectations realistic. The product arrived quickly. It was packaged nicely and was free from any leaks or damage. 4.5 stars

My wife already uses AROCELL products, including some of their Collagen Masks and this is a company that focuses on high performance, science driven skin care products that are designed to repair and rejuvenate skin on a cellular level, instead of just topical care, like most products.

They are more expensive because their products have years of research and development, coming up with cutting edge technology in skin care, which you will see in each of their products.
Her beautiful skin on her beautiful face is always worth the investment of quality skin care products, in my opinion.

This wonderful skin product targets wrinkles by effectively firming, tightening and smoothing out the skin.

My wife has beautiful, sensitive skin and really doesn't have much in the way of face wrinkles, but her constant care, using quality products like this is also great 'prevention' from that happening any time sooner than it needs to.

She likes the fact that this has an applicator system that has you insert one of the 4 applicators provided into the ampoule and extract the amount of product you wish to use on a certain area of your face.
Then you are able to gently apply it directly onto your face and smooth it in with clean fingers.
This assures that the product gets from the ampoule to your skin, without being compromised by lots of handling.

Although she hasn't had long to use this product, she can already tell that it is effective on firming, smoothing and plumping up her skin.

To me, she looks beautiful and radiant, and I appreciate that she cares enough about her appearance and skin health to take the time and spend the money on great products like this one, that do what they claim they can do.

I am a big fan of Korean skincare, and Arocell is one of the newer brands that I really like so I was excited to try this ampoule. Having tried many many serums and ampoules, this product contains some of the best ingredients I have seen for hydration and anti-aging. It contains numerous peptides, adenosine, and bakuchiol for their anti-aging benefits, and multiple forms of hyaluronic acid for hydration. It also contains many ingredients for soothing and brightening. I have rosacea and extremely reactive skin and was pleased to find that the product does not contain any common irritants like fragrance, harsher exfoliating acids, or essential oils. The ampoule is midweight in its consistency, and absorbs well without leaving any greasy residue. I found it to be very gentle on my sensitive skin. Most importantly, having only used this consistently for a few days, I have seen a slight improvement to my skin's appearance with my skin generally looking fresher and better nourished. With extended use, I would expect the product to have more significant anti-aging benefits. The $80 price tag is high for Korean skincare, but justified by the notable collection of ingredients. I will definitely be looking for this to go on sale so I can pick up another bottle.

This goes on smoothly and my skin feels nice after using it. It is thick, but seems to soak in. There is not a strong fragrance. My skin is super sensitive but I have not had any issues with this. It does an effective job of holding moisture in, probably because of all of the glycerine. It is kind of expensive for the ingredients. I would rather pay less and have a simpler packaging, like a dropper.

I used another product a year ago that felt similar and came in syringes. This comes in a bottle and you fill the syringes with it. The rubber on the bottle top seemed to seal decently after taking out a dose. That is pretty important in keeping it fresh. I couldn't get the plastic top to snap back on. That may be a safety feature for medicines, but this is not a medicine.

What I don't like is that the syringes are not easy to transport. The other one was fine to toss in my toiletry bag when traveling. This seems like I would break the bottom of the plunger.

I ran it through the Yuka app to see if it had any bad stuff in it. It came back rates good, at 58/100 points. The things of risk were very low risk, like glycerine.

The expiration date on my bottle was over 2 years out.

Let me start by saying that I love K-Beauty. I have tried several Arocell products in the past, and they have all been nice. I was confused when this arrived, because, as another poster mentioned, the directions are minimal and the kit is confusing. I did some digging and found some better instructions on a K-Beauty website, so I have included them here. Hopefully this will help someone else who is confused about what to do.

1. Remove the clear caps from the ampoule and applicator (the silver aluminum part does not need to be opened)

2. Insert the applicator into the center of the rubber stopper, tilt the ampoule, and draw up to the 1 mL mark.

3. Apply the ampoule to the skin and allow it to absorb.

4. After use, close the clear cap or store the applicator in the ampoule.

5. Change the applicator once a week for hygienic use

That said, I am excited about the potential with this product. It's a fun and interesting product to try. It feels nice on my skin and absorbs well, leaving a subtle glow. Texture-wise, it feels similar to a Hyaluronic Acid serum, but it left my skin a bit more nourished than a standard HA serum would. The other thing I'll mention is that once I figured out how to fill the syringe, it was very easy to measure out 1 mL of serum, and that 1 mL covered my full face and neck nicely. I applied it to clean, damp skin.

Will it be effective on wrinkles? Only time will tell, but I'll have fun using it in the meantime. Will I order it again? This is up in the air. I haven't finished the product yet, so if I get through the bottle and look 10-years younger, I will definitely reorder. If I look the same as I do today, it's probably not worth the $80 price. I will come back and update this review if something miraculous happens to my face!

I love this serum, but I will say right away: whether or not you love this serum will probably mostly depend on whether or not you understand that no topical can do the same thing as an injectable. I think this serum would be great for anyone wanting a very subtle, needle-free result, or anyone who wants to max out results between in-office treatments.

I do get regular tox, and I use topical "tox-like" peptide serums like this one to maximize between appointments...after all, I'm investing quite a bit, so I do what I can for longevity and results. There is also the difference between tox, which affects muscles, and tox-like peptides, which affect surface layers of skin. Regular injections aren't a pass to ignore skin!

The serum itself has a beautiful look, and is easy to dispense. I like that it comes with four syringes so I can change then out regularly. It has no fragrance and smells neutral to me, and while I won't call it entirely weightless, it does lack that heavy stickiness or tackiness that many serums have. I can use this under other skincare or makeup without pilling, provided that I give it a short absorption/dry time. It feels hydrating, like my skin is actually absorbing it, rather than like it is sitting on top of my skin the way a lot of "firming" or "lifting" products do.

The peptides, designed to reduce neurotransmitter release in the skin's surface layers, are combined with a few other ingredients I love: adenosine for smoothing and firming, anemarrhena ashpodeloides (basically, volufiline) for plumpness over time, and centella asiatica for barrier repair and redness reduction. This is well-formulated both from an actives standpoint and from a gentle, non-tacky base standpoint.

After using this for about a week, I can say that this works well for immediate hydration, smoothing, and gentle lifting. I have no doubt that the combination of ingredients will continue to make subtle improvements over time.

I know assigning value is very subjective, but to me, this one is well worth it. I will say that I find myself using a bit less than suggested for each application, so it will last a bit longer than the estimated 28 days. I will absolutely order this again, especially for that last 3-4 weeks before a tox appointment.

One of my great interests is health and skincare. I know the importance of products performing as described. I have used PrimeTox mask treatments with great success and I had high expectations for this ampoule. It does seem to deliver. It has a silky, fast absorbing texture that spreads easily over the face without feeling sticky, greasy, or heavy. My skin looks smoother, more hydrated, and refreshed after one use, and the improvement is visible rather than just a temporary soft feeling. However the impact is not as strong as a masks treatment but it is much easier and faster.

This feels like a well made, concentrated treatment for anyone looking to elevate their skincare routine. A little goes a long way, it layers comfortably with other products, and it gives skin a polished, healthier looking finish. It is very much worth considering if visible results matter to you quickly.

I’m loving this so far so good! I’ve noticed a difference in my fine lines and I’m not even done with it yet! It plumps and hydrates my skin leaving it looking firmer and plump and dewy and my skin drinks it up it doesn’t really sit on top. It absorbs nicely it’s not heavy or sticky or greasy. It’s a serum with the perfect consistency I have oily/acne prone skin and this does just fine for my skin type. it doesn’t irritate or break me out or make me oily. It’s a great quality product and I love the experience it’s in a vial and you extract it with a syringe (no needle) very easy to do..convenient and fun! It does not peel and layers great with other products, no complaints! Very effective, efficient and overall great product and packaging!

I'm really impressed with this serum. I don't want to inject anything into my face. This goes on and for about 30 minutes feels a bit tacky, but then it completely soaks in and your face feels amazing. I've really enjoyed how my face feels the morning after using this. I wasn't expecting to like yours so much. It is a bit pricey, but it will also last a long time.
